Unfortunately, instructors are unable to teach both snowboarding and skiing. To ensure the best possible learning experience and safety for each student, we recommend booking separate snowboarding or skiing lessons. This allows instructors to focus on teaching specific techniques, ensuring students fully master the skills and enjoy skiing.

Yes, but it's not recommended. Carrying a backpack can affect your balance and skiing safety. We recommend storing your belongings in a dedicated locker or a safe place to ensure you can focus on the lesson and enjoy the skiing.

Tuition fee includes the course fee. Transfers, equipment rental, ski passes, and lunch are not included.

Yes, but please note that children and adults may learn and progress at different rates. We recommend separate classes to ensure that everyone receives the most appropriate teaching content and learning experience.

When you ski, it's recommended to only bring essential items with you, such as a cell phone, a small amount of cash, and a copy of your ID. To maintain flexibility, avoid bringing a backpack to lessons. For storage, ski resorts provide lockers for approximately 300-500 yen per use.

一般取消退費規定 課程開始 21天前取消： 退還全額（扣除平台與銀行手續費） 課程開始 14–21天內取消： 退還 30%（扣除平台與銀行手續費） 課程開始 14天內取消： 不退款 疾病 / 受傷 課程開始前： 需提供醫師證明 → 全額退費（扣除平台與銀行手續費） 課程開始後： 恕不退費 不可抗力（天災 / 疫情 / 雪場關閉） 如因氣候自然環境因素造成雪場關閉 → 全額退費（扣除平台與銀行手續費）， 氣候不佳但未達雪場關閉要求之標準不在此限 交通因素 因航班誤點、取消、交通延誤無法參加者， 不在退費範圍內， 請務必提早抵達雪場並預留足夠時間
